The fourth and final event in the 14th Annual Flint Hills Resources Town Race Series, the Kendal Auto of Fairbanks SUBARU Skiathlon, will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2010 on the Jim Whisenhant Ski Trails at Birch Hill Recreation Area in Fairbanks.  Start time is 11:00 AM. Elementary and junior high races will be held in mass-start format in skating technique.  For high school and adult skiers, the races will be in skiathlon format - starting in classic technique, then at the half-distance point, changing to skating equipment and skiing the second half of the race.
